Museum

The Harleston museum was opened on 3 July 1982 to provide a permanent home for the exhibits. A photograph of the opening shown in the South Norfolk News featured Miss Claire Allured, at 87 the town's oldest resident, dressed in Victorian clothes signing the visitor's book.
